Provides
coverage for sums you are legally obligated to pay because
of Bodily Injury or Property Damage caused by an occurrence
arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of your premises
or operations. Most policies provide coverage for:

coverage for damages arising out of ownership or occupancy
of the premises as well as damages arising out of operations
performed by you.

Provides coverage for damages arising out of products manufactured, sold, handled or distributed by you.

Pays medical expenses resulting from bodily injury caused by an accident on premises owned or rented by you, or when caused by your operations.

damage caused by your negligence to rented premises.

injury resulting from offenses such as false arrest,
malicious prosecution, wrongful detention, imprisonment,
entry, or eviction and other acts of invasion, or rights
of private occupancy. Coverage for libel and slander
is also provided in the policy.

Pays for damages caused in the course of oral or written
advertisement that disparages, libels or slanders a
person’s or organization’s goods, products
or services.

If you provide
a professional service, claims may arise due to your
failure to render those services properly, resulting
in a suit against you or your company. Provides protection
in the event you are held liable for damages due to
errors or omissions of those provided services.

Pays on behalf
of a Director or Officer for loss arising from claims
during the policy period by reason of wrongful acts
made while acting in their individual or collective
capacities as Directors or Officers. Coverage is written
on a “claims made” basis. Prior acts are
covered if the claim arising from the act(s) is made
during the policy period, subject to a retroactive date.

Provides
additional liability coverage which is excess of other
underlying liability insurance carried by you. It also
covers all, but a few specifically excluded liability
exposures, and can be subject to a self-insured retention
on claims to which no underlying insurance applies.

The following
is a brief outline of coverage and how they are used within

Most policies provide coverage for:

• Expense to expedite the repair or replacement

• Expense paid for overtime work to speed up the

Business
Automobile Insurance is required by State Law. Most policies
provide coverage for:

Protects
you if you are held legally responsible for bodily injury
or damage to property of others caused by an accident.

Pays for
bodily injury to an insured that is injured by an uninsured
motorist.

This coverage
is added to supplement the Uninsured Motorist Coverage.
The coverage applies only when the other driver has
liability limits at the time of an accident, but the
liability limits carried may be insufficient to pay
for damages for which the driver is responsible.

Pays all
reasonable and necessary medical and funeral expenses
incurred by an insured because of bodily injury caused
by an accident, subject to the policy limit.

Provides
protection against loss or damage to a covered auto
resulting from loss other than collision. This coverage
also provides for supplemental payments for transportation
expenses in the event of total theft of a covered auto.

Provides protection against loss or damage to a covered
auto or a non-owned auto resulting from the impact with
another vehicle or object. Collision losses are paid
regardless of fault, subject to a deductible.

Pays the
cost of renting a substitute auto for replacement of
any covered auto that has suffered a covered loss. The
daily maximum limit for this coverage varies among insurers.

When this
coverage is added, the insurer pays for towing and labor
costs each time a covered auto or non-owned auto is
disabled, up to the amount stated in the policy.

money, securities, merchandise, and other business property
against loss through the dishonest acts of employees or others.
Most policies provide coverage for:
